Refunds & Exchanges

Our friendly and helpful customer support team is here to work with you to resolve any situation as quickly as possible. If there’s a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Below are the guidelines for refunds and exchanges.

  • We provide refunds and exchanges up to 30 days after the delivery date
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable
  • Item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you
  • Order number, name, and email address are required to process your refund
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

We have this policy in place to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. To report a problem with your order, email us your name, email address, and order number along with a brief explanation of the problem and we will respond within 24 hours. You may be asked for additional information such as images of the item(s) you received. Please note that we cannot issue refund for lost packages due to customer entering the wrong shipping information when placing the order.

Order cancellation

If there’s a need to cancel your order after you’ve placed it. Please do so as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after the order is placed. This is to ensure that we catch the order before it’s shipped.
However, even after 24 hours have passed, sometimes it may still be possible to cancel it. If you need to cancel an order, please email us your name, email address, and the order number and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
