We ship our products directly from warehouses located in China to provide you with free shipping. On the average, the majority of our customers receive their products within 3 weeks after placing the order. On rare occasions, it may take longer for your product to arrive due to logistical challenges. If you do not receive your product after 6 weeks, then it may be considered lost by the postal carrier and we can provide you with a refund or send you a replacement.

I ordered multiple items but have only received one, where’s the rest of my order?
Our products are stored in warehouses in different locations. If you have more than one item in your order, your items will arrive in separate shipments to avoid any delays at any one particular warehouse.
